Shipping and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: 01 November 2024

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. Cost: R70-R200, depending on order size.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within South Africa.

5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility: You have 5 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process

Contact us at Info@kleanfit.africa to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return. Ship the item to: 6 Flamboyant Street, Randpark Ridge.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at Info@kleanfit.africa.

5. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@kleanfit.africa.
